A Culinary Journey at Eight
Eight presents delectable festive cuisine, carefully prepared from fresh New Zealand produce. Experience a culinary journey with eight different taste experiences, inspired by global flavours. Chefs will prepare food 'live' in front of you using the freshest ingredients and will ensure each meal is expertly created to your personal tastes and requirements.

Pre-Christmas and Christmas Eve at Eight
Celebrate the Christmas season with lunch or dinner at Eight.

Eight has eight interactive kitchens offering a selection of fresh cuisine prepared from locally sourced ingredients. This Christmas Eight will offer chilled oysters, prawns, market fresh fish, sushi with a festive twist, grilled beef sirloin steak and a mouthwatering prawn curry.

To finish, Eight's pastry corner will have special Christmas treats including gingerbread, warm Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, coconut macaroons and rum balls, along with cheese and other delectable delights.

Christmas Day at Eight
On 25 December, Eight's lunch and dinner fare will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland ensuring a memorable Christmas for all, offering a wide selection of cuisine including traditional Christmas turkey served with cranberry sauce, a variety of grilled meats, market fresh fish, a wide selection of fresh shellfish and oysters on ice.

For something a little different try a special wok dish with your choice of ingredients or perhaps an authentic Indian curry or handmade sushi.

A decadent dessert bar will make a perfect finish to the festive season, with a chocolate fountain flavoured with cinnamon, Christmas cookies including gingerbread, cinnamon stars, vanilla crescents, traditional Christmas mince pies, warm Christmas pudding with brandy anglaise, Christmas fruitcake, summer pudding and traditional European yule log.

Our elegant and stylish lobby bar, The Winery provides an ideal venue to catch up with family and friends during the festive season. The Winery also features an extensive international wine and cocktail menu for both simple and more extravagant festive cheer.

SPE Bar & Restaurant
SPE Bar & Restaurant offers a more infomal atmosphere with a menu featuring freshly made sandwiches, wraps and gourmet wood fired pizzas - the ultimate fun venue to celebrate Christmas with colleagues. The bar can be booked exclusively for your Christmas party with a minimum of 70 guests. Open Monday to Friday or by special arrangement.

Barolo
Barolo presents a unique northern Italian dining experience with traditional Piedmontese food. A perfect venue for entertaining, the Barolo dining experience is designed to be exquisitely exclusive and is limited to 60 people per night. Your guests will be impressed! Private Dining Room

Champagne Breakfast
Start the day in style with Eggs Benedict with truffle hollandaise, grilled fresh asparagus, vine ripened tomatoes, toasted brioche and turkey sausages with cranberry sauce accompanied with a glass of Champagne. We'll also provide the tree and crackers!

The Late Lunch
A traditional favourite - treat your colleagues and clients to a delightful multi-course lunch complete with turkey and Chrismtas mince pies and match with complementary wines.

Christmas Cocktails and Canapés
Celebrate the season with Chef's specially made Christmas canapés such as seared scallops, new potatoes with sour cream and caviar or warm chocolate madeleines. Our resident mixologist can shake up some Christmas cocktails to accompany your canapés.
