The Great Room

The Great Room at The Langham, Auckland has a function space capable of seating up to 900 banquet style or 1,400 theatre style. This glamorous ballroom is extremely flexible and able to meet the needs of the most discerning meeting or event planner.

Crystal Ballroom

The smaller of The Langham Auckland's two ballrooms, Crystal can easily be split into two breakout rooms. It is also an excellent breakout space for large events, as it is located right beside The Great Room. The Crystal Ballroom can cater for up to 210 guests for dinner and up to 300 theatre-style. Crystal also has its own private foyer area with a bar, creating an excellent space for catering, registration and small exhibitions.

Chandelier

Opulent Chandelier is perfect for more intimate occasions, with sparkling chandeliers and stunning décor creating an exclusive and luxurious atmosphere. Chandelier has its own private bar, making it ideal for private events and entertaining corporate clients. Flexible seating offers a range of options from banquet style seating for up to 70, to cocktails for up to 130.

Greys Room

Located just off the main hotel lobby, the popular Greys Room offers timeless elegance, style and flexibility. It is ideal for meetings or presentations, seating up to 60 theatre style and 50 banquet style. It also makes an excellent hospitality or registration room for larger groups or conferences.

Gallery 1-4

These four purpose-built meeting rooms are perfect for smaller meetings and events, with seating ranging from an intimate board meeting for 2 to theatre style for 84, and banquet seating for up to 60. The largest is Gallery 4, capable of seating 54 classroom style. All four rooms have natural daylight with floor to ceiling windows, and allow for presenters to convey their message in full high definition, on large inbuilt projection screens.

Aucklander Boardroom

Located just off the main hotel lobby, the Aucklander has a spacious boardroom table permanently set up with executive chairs. Seating up to 12 guests, it is ideally suited for board meetings or as a secretariat. Catering can be provided.
