Lexus IS250 C Convertible prize draw - terms and conditions
• The prize must be taken within 12 months of the winner being notified that they have won. The prize is for one week (seven days)
• The winner can choose when they will use the Lexus IS250 C; however Lexus will need at least three weeks booking notice
• Exact pick up/drop off times will be arranged between the winner and Lexus NZ
• The winner can be based anywhere within New Zealand (there are five Lexus dealers throughout New Zealand – Lexus of North Shore, Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington and Christchurch; if the winner lives outside any of these regions, the car will be handed over through a local Toyota dealership)
• Winner (and any other driver of the vehicle) must be over 18 years old and hold a valid (not endorsed) full drivers license
• Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash
• A full tank of petrol will be provided, however additional fuel costs will be at the winners expense
• Winner must accept cover under Lexus New Zealand’s insurance policy and accept full responsibility for payment of the first one thousand or part thereof of any damage for which they are at fault, caused while the vehicle is on loan to them
